(D) He or she is subject to revocation of postrelease community supervision pursuant to Section 3455. (2) Violation of this subdivision shall be a public offense punishable by a fifty-dollar ($50) fine for the first offense. (C) He or she is subject to mandatory supervision pursuant to subparagraph (B) of paragraph (5) of subdivision (h) of Section 1170.
