Ian Powell, 62, of Chester Road in Whitchurch, pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal following the incident, which took place last year. In a hearing at Telford Magistrates' Court last week, Powell admitted that he had placed his private parts in the animal's mouth in Shrewsbury on June 16, last year. Magistrates adjourned the hearing so a pre-sentence report could be completed. Powell is due to appear in Telford Magistrates Court again in September when he will be sentenced. He was granted conditional bail until that date.
