Dysdale pleaded guilty to possession of heroin, cocaine, Zopliclone and Pregabalin in relation to an incident in Ellesmere Port on Monday, November 24, 2025. Umer Zeb, prosecuting, told the court that officers had attended a caravan in Ellesmere Port where Drysdale had been staying. The court heard that Drysdale’s record included 40 convictions for 96 offences, including two suspended sentence orders, one which had been imposed before this matter – which he had breached – and another that was imposed afterwards. The defence urged magistrates not to activate the suspended sentence, instead asking if it could be marked with a financial penalty. Magistrates told the defendant that they would fine him for the breach, and reminded him that failure to engage with probation would result in further breaches.
