He also said India's education system was expensive and paper leaks inflicted severe emotional and financial hardship on families. Moitra also defended Rahul Gandhi, saying his remarks had been misconstrued because repeated disruptions prevented him from completing his speech. Fadnavis said the focus should remain on strengthening laws to eliminate paper leaks and protect honest students.
