On Sunday 26th July in New Orleans, the victory of the United States, represented by chef Vincenzo Loseto, brought the Bocuse d’Or Americas 2026 to a close.
Following a high-calibre technical showdown, chef Vincenzo Loseto, accompanied by his commis Tyler Higson and supported by his coach Mathew Peters, has added his name to the competition’s roll of honour.
He thus succeeds chef Stefani De Palma (United States), who was crowned champion at the 2024 continental selection.

We’ll take a few days to enjoy this victory, then get straight back to work: finding new ideas, refining our creations, and preparing for what comes next,” commented Vincenzo Loseto, winner of the Bocuse d’Or Americas 2026.
