Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-coloured clothing that allows your body to stay cool. Anyone experiencing these symptoms should move to a cooler location, loosen tight clothing, drink cool water or an electrolyte beverage and use cool, wet cloths to lower body temperature. People taking medications that affect hydration or body temperature should also exercise additional care.
