Bryce Nathaniel Gibson, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found snooping into automobiles along Broad Street while not wearing any pants or underwear. Reports said that Gibson was only wearing a shirt, while exposing his genitals, and attempting to enter a car that did not belong to him. Officers said that when they arrived on scene, the center console had been rummaged through. Gibson is charged with public indecency and entering an automobile with intent to commit a crime.
