According to an incident report, officers were dispatched to the facility around 11:12 a.m. on July 28 after receiving reports that 38-year-old Andrew Glenn Womack had been seen inside the building. Authorities said Womack had been verbally issued a criminal trespass warning on July 22, and the warning had been documented in an earlier report. Officers reported that additional law enforcement personnel were needed to bring him under control before he was placed in handcuffs. Womack is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of law enforcement.
