Alabama baseball will take part in the eighth annual Round Rock College Baseball Classic at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas, Peak Events announced last week. The Crimson Tide will face Texas Tech, Texas State and Louisiana Tech in the tournament, which deploys a round-robin format. “This is a field that college baseball fans in Round Rock are going to love,” Peak Events’ founder and CEO Ryan Holloway said in the release. The 2027 season will be the fourth straight time Alabama has participated in an early-season tournament organized by Peak Events. The Crimson Tide won both the Frisco Classic last season and the Live Like Lou Jax Classic in 2025.
