The bun is a squid ink bread, stuffed with fried calamari, aioli, and Las Flores’ signature kimchi mayo. The new additions are the result of a collaboration between executive sous chef Pablo Ramirez and Las Flores Spanish Brand Ambassador Marta Banos. The Special Mang Inasal Fiesta Cups come in three designs that depict the fiesta spirit, Mang Inasal President Mike V. Castro said.
