Zoho is quite proud of the fact that it offers a vastly more affordable product compared to its competitors. It is able to offer products at an affordable rate because Zoho owns and operates its entire technology stack. This end-to-end capability also hinges on the fact that Zoho is not listed on any stock exchange globally. As Bourne explained it to us, listing Zoho would invariably mean the company would need to answer to shareholders instead of its customers. Given the rising price of technology in 2026, customers are more price sensitive than ever, and it’s something that Zoho is cognisant of.
