Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has congratulated two accomplished Nigerian women, Ugwechi Amadi and Prof. Oghenetega Ighedo, on their remarkable achievements and contributions to global excellence. ‎Amadi was recently appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of McDonald’s. ‎On the other hand, Ighedo made history as the first black woman to earn a PhD in Pure Mathematics from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is an Associate Professor of Mathematical Sciences at UNISA, distinguishing herself through academic and research work and continues to inspire greater participation in mathematics and STEM fields.
