In addition to the pop-up markets in Tryon, Polk County hosts two others: the Saluda Tailgate Market on Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. and the Columbus Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. All farmers markets in the county accept SNAP/EBT and offer matching programs to ensure accessibility for all community members. The pop-up farmers market was made possible by a grant from the Polk County Community Foundation.
