(Bill Bradshaw/Wallowa County Chieftain/File)ENTERPRISE — Construction on a site for Wallowa Memorial Hospital’s new magnetic resonance imaging unit is well underway, the Wallowa County Health Care Foundation reported. In its midyear update, the foundation said work on the MRI unit started this spring and should be completed and fully operational by October. The MRI unit will be adjacent to the imaging department on the back side of the hospital. ● Zanni Schauffler, who received the Gwen and Gladys Coffin Memorial Scholarship , to become a physical therapy assistant through San Juan College.
