A teenager has been cited by police after crashing a highly modified e-bike into a car in Belmont. The 15-year-old colliding with a Rav 4 as it reversed out of a private driveway on Francis Street around 4.10 yesterday afternoon. Police say the girl was taken to hospital with minor injuries, but was also hit with infringement notices for unlicensed driving, using a mobile phone and riding without a helmet.
