Danielle Spicer is one of about 20 volunteers with the American Society of Civil Engineers who worked with the local Boston chapter to grade stormwater infrastructure. The stormwater infrastructure here in Massachusetts will be reevaluated in four to five years, giving the state some time to cram in some projects to help improve its grades.
