According to agents, they received a call from the Tallahassee Police Department after intercepting a package at the FedEx warehouse in Tallahassee. The package was addressed to a woman named Elizabeth Owens and coming from Fort Worth, TX. “We did some research on the house on Sanford Road and the tag on the vehicle parked in front of the house on Sanford Road, and there was no Elizabeth Owens tied to that house,” agents said. “The package was put on the porch, and once I contacted FedEx to let them know it had been delivered, they marked it in their tracking system as delivered,” agents said. As Williams walked toward the house with the package in hand, agents stopped him and arrested him.
