Gordon Pritchard, aged 38, was riding a Yamaha YZF R125 when he was stopped by police in Bristol Road, Stonehouse on September 19 last year. Pritchard, of Thompson Road, Uplands, Stroud, tested positive for cocaine with 59 micrograms of the drug per litre of blood. He was also found to have at least 1,200 micrograms of cocaine byproduct benzoylecgonine, exceeding the legal limit. Pritchard pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on June 24. He pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, 0.7 grams of cocaine, driving without a licence and without insurance.
