Man charged with alleged dangerous driving after pursuit in Nelson

Lancashire Constabulary officers requested a vehicle to stop at around 2.30pm on Monday, July 27, but the driver failed to comply, leading to a pursuit that ended on Charles Street.
Adnan Rashid, 38, of Fleet Street, Nelson, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
He has since been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, driving without insurance, and driving while disqualified.
Rashid has been bailed and will appear at Blackburn Magistrates Court on September 2.
