These twelve students, who recently graduated high school in May, will represent Texas FFA for the coming school year. In addition, the elected individuals represent each of the twelve area associations within Texas FFA. These student officers work in partnership with the board of directors to develop policy for the Texas FFA Association and provide student leadership to Texas FFA members. Serving as a state officer is regarded as one of the highest honors within the Texas FFA Association.
