According to court records, 31-year-old Sharisse Barrow has been charged with 1st degree assault, discharging a gun into an occupied building/vehicle and discharging a gun into an unoccupied building/vehicle. According to those same records, Barrow discharged an unknown type of firearm towards the New Moon Bar and Grill while in an verbal argument. The gunshots hit a female victim inside causing non-life threatening injuried while causing damage to a vehicle in the parking lot. The shooting was captured on video surveillance.
