Baton Rouge, LA - Sally Prescott Barfield Graves passed away peacefully at her home on July 28, 2026, surrounded by the family she cherished and who loved her deeply. Born in Baton Rouge on April 15, 1932, Sally was the daughter of Daniel Ramsey Barfield and Lou Glenn Atkinson Barfield. Daniel Ramsey Barfield III, S.J., and Thomas Atkinson Barfield; and her husband, Edwin Allen "Jigger" Graves. A devoted Catholic, Sally was a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church for more than six decades. Donations may be made to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School.
