The old police station in North Berwick, a Category B listed building located at the east end of High Street, has now been sold after being marketed by joint agents Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and BNP Paribas Real Estate in April.
Emily Anderson, partner at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, previously said that the building presented “a rare opportunity for refurbishment and value enhancement” in the heart of North Berwick.
Entry is available through two separate doorways on High Street, plus two additional access points at the rear.
A private car park, accessible via Forth Street Lane, offers secure parking for up to six vehicles.
Kitchen and WC facilities are available on all levels, and there are shower facilities on both the first and second floors.
