Judge Lord Matthews told legal teams acting for the sextet on Wednesday that the Court of Criminal Appeal will hear their submissions in October. They were convicted alongside Scott Forbes, 53, at proceedings in the High Court in Glasgow in January 2025. Passing sentence, Lord Beckett told the gang that they may never be released. On Wednesday, the case called for a procedural hearing before Lord Matthews. Lord Matthews told the lawyers that the case will call on October 21 and October 22 2026.
