New flight routes connecting Glasgow and Highlands in £2.4m investment
['Donald Erskine']
Glasgow Times | News
The contract to operate the services was awarded to Air Charter Scotland (ACS) after an open tender process.
The Glasgow-based operator has operated the Wick to Aberdeen service since January 2026 using an 18-seat BAe Jetstream 32.
Headquartered in Glasgow, with operational bases in London and Malta, Air Charter Scotland is Scotland's second oldest airline operator.
Air Charter Scotland has two fully worldwide AOC’s following the creation of its European entity, Air Charter Scotland Europe, based in Malta in August 2020.
I would like to thank Transport Scotland, Highlands and Islands Airports Limited, Air Charter Scotland, Council officers and all partners involved in securing this outcome.
