Dolce Schools Catering, based in Warrington, has announced 29 new wins covering 126 schools ahead of the upcoming academic year. Scott Curtis, managing director of Dolce Schools Catering, said: "This has been another record-breaking year for Dolce and I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved. Earlier this year, Dolce launched collaborations with Olio and ReFood to further cut food waste across its network. In June, it introduced the UK’s first ‘zero food waste’ school lunch programme, the Wasteless Plate. Dolce remains one of the UK’s fastest-growing education caterers, known for delivering nutritious, innovative meals that appeal to pupils.
