Muse has contributed to the positive financial results released by its parent company, Morgan Sindall Group. Muse is behind proposals for 240 new ‘affordable’ homes on the former DW Gym site in Warrington town centre, which has been closed since August 2020. Plans were formally submitted to Warrington Borough Council in March for the 100 per cent affordable apartment scheme on Academy Way. Plans were previously approved to demolish the gym building, with further details being revealed since proposing a major redevelopment of the site. “Our pipeline across the north west gives us a strong platform for the rest of the year, and we look forward to continuing to create places that bring lasting value for communities across the region.”
