Thomas Williams, of Cristionydd in Penycae, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Tuesday afternoon via video link from HMP Berwyn.
The 38-year-old admitted driving whilst banned, driving without due care and attention and whilst uninsured, as well as failing to report an accident - all of which took place in Wrexham.
Prosecutor Joe Stephenson told the court that on January 15 this year, Williams was driving an Audi motor vehicle along Delph Road when he collided with a hedge and wall bordering a residence, as well as a telegraph pole.
Mr Stephenson said the defendant had "a history of motoring offences," most recently in April when he was handed a custodial term for driving whilst banned and without insurance.
Judge Jones added six months to Williams' outstanding 65 month driving ban making a new total ban of 71 months.
