EAST PALESTINE, Ohio – Insight Clinical Counseling & Wellness LLC has awarded its fourth Youngstown State University scholarship as part of its Insightful Empowerment Scholarship Program of East Palestine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from YSU in May and recently obtained her Licensed Social Worker credential in Ohio. The scholarship provides funding for tuition, books, fees and parking for master’s-level YSU students in counseling or social work programs. Scholarship recipients complete a professional internship at Insight where they work with clients in East Palestine or surrounding communities.
