UPDATE: The Faribault Police Department said Thursday afternoon that 33-year-old Ryan Featherly has been found safe. (ABC 6 News) — The Faribault Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man. According to FPD, 33-year-old Ryan Featherly was last seen on July 28 leaving Joe’s Sports Cafe at 1510 7th Street NW in Faribault. FPD said there is concern for Featherly’s wellbeing because he doesn’t have necessary medication. Featherly is described as 5’6″ tall and weighing 146 pounds.
