As water levels drop to just 23% capacity in the Green Mountain Reservoir, long-lost items are being revealed, including an ATV that’s been beneath the water for half a decade. According to a social media post by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, the ATV originally belonged to an ice fisherman, who lost the vehicle in the reservoir five years ago. The sheriff’s office is working with the U.S. Forest Service to recover the ATV from its current resting place, partially submerged on an island in the reservoir.
