Paris, Tenn.–Standing room only today at the Henry County Fairgrounds for the opening of the Bassmaster High School National Championship. The 2026 Bassmaster High School National Championship registration meeting was held and high school anglers from all over the United States have gathered here for the tournament, which is headquartered at Paris Landing State Park marina. The event is sponsored by the Henry County Tourism Authority. Weigh-ins are open to the public and will be held at 2:15 p.m. each day of the tournament.
