Nigel Horrocks, who shared the attached photos of the fly-tip, said he discovered it last Wednesday (July 22), within the Clwydian Natural Landscape near Graigfechan. Denbighshire County Council said it has made arrangements for the fly-tip to be cleared, but that this is “likely to take some time”.
