"We are very pleased to announce that the Trans Pennine Run has had a tremendous response from vintage lorry owners across the country," said a spokesperson.
The 55th annual event celebrates historic commercial vehicles, with entries spanning nearly 80 years of automotive history.
This year's line-up includes a 1926 Morris Commercial one-tonner, a 1936 Sentinel S4 Steam lorry, a 1971 Austin 6cwt van, and a 2005 Scania T Cab.
Organisers have secured hard standing for around 300 vehicles at the Skipton finish, with public parking available for 200 more.
"Thanks also go to the Skipton Freemasons who are helping us marshal at Skipton."
