Van driver banned from the roads after being caught over the drink-drive limit

Lewis Baker, 34, of Mostyn Road in Stourport-on-Severn, was stopped when driving a Ford Transit van on Bulford Road in Johnston on July 2.
When breathalysed by police, he was found to have 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Baker appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on July 27, where he pleaded guilty to driving whilst above the alcohol limit.
The case was prosecuted by Sian Vaughan, and Baker was represented by Mike Kelleher.
