Brian Underwood, 36, of Howarth Close, appeared before magistrates for a first hearing in relation to the charge. The court heard that Underwood was accused of possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child between January 20, 2024, and January 24, 2025, at an address in Milford Haven. Following the hearing, magistrates granted unconditional bail and ordered that the defendant comply with sex offender notification requirements pending the conclusion of the case. The case was prosecuted by Sian Vaughan, with Mike Kelleher appearing for the defence. Sentencing was adjourned and Underwood is due to appear again before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on August 18.
