Emergency services were called to a fire on Dunfermline Road just after 9.30pm last night (Tuesday). Now, Scottish Power says repairs will involve fixing an underground fault by digging into the area, replacing the faulty equipment and reinstating the road. A spokesperson for SP Energy Networks said: "Engineers are currently working to repair an underground fault, which occurred last night in the Dunfermline Road area of Limekilns and temporarily affected power supplies to around 100 customers. "The repair works will involve digging down into the affected area, replacing the faulty equipment and then reinstating the roadway. "We expect the works to be completed within the next five days and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."
