Bellway Scotland East has acquired an 18.7-acre site at Pilgrim Manor, marking the first phase of a wider masterplan to deliver 900 new homes in the area. The site on Cocklaw Street will form part of the South West Kelty Masterplan, a 114-acre project that will also include employment land, green space, a new primary school, and infrastructure improvements. Gordon Johnson, land director for Bellway Homes Scotland East, said: "We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of Pilgrim Manor, which represents a significant investment in Kelty and an important milestone for Bellway Scotland East." Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSC) was granted in April, paving the way for the construction of the 132 new homes. Sales for properties at Pilgrim Manor will be initially launched from Bellway at Earl’s Way in Glenrothes.
