The Chairperson welcomed the members and briefed them on the district's monsoon disaster preparedness and the responsibilities of various departments. All departments were instructed to remain vigilant, discharge their assigned responsibilities, and nominate dedicated officers to coordinate disaster response and restoration activities during emergencies. To ensure effective damage assessment and verification of disaster-affected areas, the DDMA assigned administrative officers to oversee specific colonies in Zunheboto Town. Akumlong Amer, EAC (HQ) Zunheboto has been assigned DC Hill East, DC Hill West, South Point East, South Point West, and Amiphoto colony.
