Students Join Anti-Drug Drive

Around 1,200 students from various colleges attended an anti-drug awareness programme organised by the Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) at RTC Kalabhavan on Wednesday.
During the programme, DCP (Task Force/H-NEW/H-FAST) Vaibhav Gaikwad Raghunath, explained the objective of educating the students about the dangers of narcotic drug abuse and promoting a drug-free lifestyle.
DCP further advised the students to stay away from narcotic drugs, resist peer pressure and avoid associating with individuals who encourage or engage in substance abuse.
He stated that such awareness programmes play a vital role in empowering students to make informed decisions, understand the serious consequences of drug abuse and adopt healthy, responsible and drug-free lifestyles.
