Hyderabad:In the past two months, four Station House Officers (SHOs) were suspended across the state, while the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) trapped a sub-inspector in a bribery case. Similarly on May 20, Bhukhya Raju Naik former SHO Khammam Central Crime Station was officially ordered to be removed from his post and attached to the DGP office. The major disciplinary action of suspension was issued by Khammam city police commissioner Sunil Dutt after criminal charges were proved against Naik following a departmental inquiry. On June 25, B. Satyanarayana former SHO Yellandu Town was suspended. Order was issued directly from the multi-zone-1 Inspector General of Police (IGP) following human rights violations against an elderly couple.
