The Andhra Pradesh government will issue the second-phase recruitment notification under the Job Calendar-2026 on September 15 to fill 3,168 government posts, with Minister Nara Lokesh directing officials to ensure a legally sound and error-free notification to avoid disputes. As part of the first phase, a notification was issued on May 15 this year to recruit 1,523 faculty members across various universities. Lokesh asked officials to complete preparations for issuing a combined notification on October 15 for the third and fourth phases of recruitment. The third phase will cover 2,388 posts, while the fourth phase will include 2,981 posts. Of the 2,388 posts in the third phase, 2,225 vacancies will be filled in the home department.
