ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico Department of Wildlife released a mama bear and cub after people spotted them in a northwest Albuquerque neighborhood. The bears were eating and drinking in a northwest Albuquerque neighborhood on Sunday before crews captured them. The New Mexico Department of Wildlife released them back into the wild on Monday. The agency moved the bears away from populated areas.
