VENTURA, Calif. (KEYT) People lined up on opening day to enter the Ventura County Fair. "I brought my umbrella today because I have been to this fair so many times and am always look for shade," said Clover Robison. The Ventura resident came prepared in other ways, too. Fun is in the 2026 "Find Your Fun" theme this year that is printed on programs, posters and banners over the fairgrounds. On the first day of the fair some people went strait to the carnival games and won stuffed animals.
