The Discipleship Pastor at Faith Arlington in Arlington, TN, leads the creation and implementation of a church-wide discipleship strategy, aiming to deepen spiritual relationships and integrate growth pathways across adult ministries. Weidner Road Baptist Church, a warm and growing Southern Baptist congregation of approximately 50 members in San Antonio, Texas, is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor called by God to shepherd our church. We are seeking a servant leader with a heart for biblical preaching, evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach who will partner with our congregation to grow in faith and ministry.
