A Crystal Lake daycare owner was swiftly found guilty Wednesday by a jury of injuring a baby in her care and causing broken ribs. Ann Migliorato, 63, was found guilty of three Class X felony counts of aggravated battery to a child, another felony count of battery and unlawful operation of a child care facility. The jury delivered its guilty verdict after about an hour of deliberation. The video was shown to the jury Tuesday while the child who recorded it was on the witness stand. The video showed Migliorato yelling at the baby while holding him down by his neck and with her body weight while he screamed and writhed.
