Daniel Kazakevicius, 33, of Golden, is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree rape and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. The victim stated during one incident, Kazakevicius allegedly ejaculated on them while they were asleep and recorded it on his cell phone. Following that effort, Kazakevicius allegedly sent the victim multiple threatening emails, which the victim provided to Forester. The victim also revealed Kazakevicius had posted explicit photographs of the victim online, stating the photos were ones shared only with Kazakevicius during their relationship.
