A new trailer has been released for 1666: Amsterdam, exploring the game’s two main characters, their motivations and how they’ve been bonded across the centuries. Noa is the character native to 1666, a woman who has been raised to be the heir to the Zaindaris lineage of witches, tasked with reclaiming the ancient corrupting magic known as Nux from characters known as Originals. She will have various ancient magic-based tools at her disposal, but she also has a bond with a man from 333 years in the future. His agility will come in very useful to get around and into places that he really shouldn’t. The game comes from Panache, the studio founded by Patrice Désilets, the creative director of the first two Assassin’s Creed games.
