Owner of the double Michelin Star restaurant Ynyshir, Gareth Ward has announced he will be providing matchday meals for one of his local clubs. In a statement online, a spokesperson for Aberystwyth Town said: "We’re delighted to welcome Gareth Ward and Ynyshir Restaurant & Rooms as we work together to redefine the matchday experience at Aberystwyth Town FC." In a statement shared by the club, Gareth said: "Football clubs should be at the heart of their communities. Gareth’s partner and co-owner of Ynyshir, Amelia Eriksson, said: "Together, we're creating something that blends football, food and creativity in a way that's uniquely Aberystwyth.
