Officers detained the driver on Melford Road in Sudbury on suspicion of drug and driving offences. William Silva De Nascimento was taken into custody at Bury St Edmunds Investigation Centre and is scheduled to appear before the courts. Nascimento, 27 and of no fixed abode, was charged with being concerned in the supply of a controlled class A drug, namely cocaine, using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance, driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence and acquiring/using/possession of criminal property.
